Partner agents are independent professionals. Any agreement you enter with an agent is separate from your use of Rentzilla.
No professional advice
Estimates are generated using statistical models and listing data. They are for information only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt to scrape or overload our systems, or submit false information through the chat or lead forms.
We may suspend access if we detect abuse or behaviour that harms other users or partner agents.

We may update these terms or the functionality of the service. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
